Open the Character pane and the Player vs. Player tab. Select that rank in the checker; the page does not read an account and a dropdown default is not proof of your character's progress.
Choose the reward you are considering
Read the rank requirement beside the target. Compare the selected current rank with that gate, rather than treating Honor balance and rank as one interchangeable number.
Check the other purchase conditions before spending
Passing the rank comparison does not mean you own the blue item, seal or required currency. For an epic upgrade, verify the matching item and current in-game requirements.
Worked examples
Current rank 10; target reward at rank 12.
The rank requirement is not met.
Two rank numbers separate them, but this does not mean two weeks or a known number of Rank Points.
Current rank 8; target is the rank 8 bracer/belt upgrade gate.
The selected rank gate is met.
This checks only rank. The official upgrade path also requires the corresponding blue item and an Emboldened Seal; the checker does not inspect inventory.
Current rank 14; target reward at rank 5.
The selected rank requirement is met.
A lower rank requirement is not a forecast of price or stock. Confirm the actual reward and costs at the vendor.
Keep the two progression tracks separate
Honor is spendable currency; Rank Points govern rank progression. A large balance of one cannot be substituted for the other in this checker. Pick a target reward first, then inspect which condition is missing instead of assuming that earning any PvP resource completes the purchase.
Seasonal activities and highlighted battlegrounds can contribute to progress, but a source describing those activities is not a full rate model. This page does not turn a player's planned weekly hours into a guaranteed rank or a fixed completion date.
Read a gate result as one condition, not a completed transaction
A positive result means the selected rank meets the selected reward's published gate. It is not confirmation of account ownership, inventory, current currency or every vendor restriction. All inputs are manual and should be checked against the character and reward you intend to use.
The cited official article does not give a complete numeric RP ladder, weekly cap table or overflow formula. Those fields remain unknown. We therefore avoid a weeks-to-rank calculator and do not silently fill missing thresholds with zero. Use official notices and the current game when rules change.

Does rank 10 to rank 12 mean two weeks?
No. The checker compares rank numbers, not weekly progression or the missing RP threshold and cap data.
Where does the current-rank value come from?
You select it manually after checking the game's PvP pane. The website does not connect to or verify your WoW account.
Can I use Honor as the Rank Points input?
No. They are different tracks. This reward-gate checker needs a rank selection, not an interchangeable Honor-to-RP conversion.
